In order to gain relevant results, we spoke to a large cross-section of dishwasher owners in the US to see what’s important to them.
We assessed consumer dishwashing behavior, asking if and why they pre-rinse their dishes, and what problems they encounter.
Consumers were polled on their awareness of various product formats, their usage history, and the likelihood of repeat purchase.
The data from this survey has resulted in three key insights that we believe represent a real opportunity for the automatic dish detergent industry when determining future product development within the US market.
